I called it a Sydney cruise because thats where it starts,then head where ever. I think we should stick to the destinations already proposed cause it is a good drive, can see how each others cordias go instead of being stuck in traffic jams, hopefully have no problems with the police ( unless your deserving of it , ie drive safely, dont drive like at ratbag ) and if everyone comes up to Newcastle theres heaps to see there too. Home its a nice day for it and there should be heaps of cars.

Please dont take this reply as disrespectful or trying to have a go at you cordia cartel. Im hopeing we get everyone whos interested to turn up and hopefully have a good fun day of driving and meeting each other.

Maybe if your interested in a drive starting in Sydney and going to the beaches ( ie Bondi upto Palm Beach ) maybe you could start a new thread and see if anyones interested in that.

Hey guys i'm in if my cordia will still be on the road.

One question though is this going to be a cruise, or a race/thrash to the destination, I don't mind if you guys race each other etc just I don't want to lose the pack so to speak as my cordia feels like it's going to break something soon, i'm taking it easy for the moment until I get paid. Maybe we can have the speed demons/racers in the front and the cruisers steady drviers in the back.

And cordia cartel later in the year I will be organising a cruise for the beach area so we can have a bbq etc etc. But that's later on in the year let's concentrate on this one for now and get it running to its full potential hey Brad

If people are going to start racing , being silly , etc i would appreciate it if it was done away from the rest of the group who dont want to get caught up with it.

Im just looing forward to a nice day out , meet up , have some lunch, no cop trouble. All it takes is 1 phone call to the cops saying someones being a idiot driver and im sure we would all cop it. I rely on my licence to much for work taba so dont worry i'll be taking it easy.

yeh sounds good, have it as a mitsu cruise
looks like i will be in with new gearbox, new cooler piping, power steering, AC front seats, and now a highflowed tc06 and a tune.
all will be completed in about a week or so, so im keen as for a cruise!
got a guy from sydney hopefully coming (red gsr), ive never met him but lives near my mums flat n she talked to him for me
so looks like this day will be a goer with plenty of people!

How about if you can make it turn up in whatever but preferably a mitsubishi.

Try and make it along even if you have to get a ride with someone. Its good checking each others rides and I think its good to match peoples names with faces.

Ok everyone ,heres the plan for the cruise

Date: 12th march 2006

Meeting place: Thornleigh Mc Donalds

Meeting Time: 9.30am

Cruise Details: Meet at Thornliegh Mc Donalds around 9.30 and leave by 10am. Head to wisemans ferry and then have a break for some morning tea (bring that yourself).

Then leave wisemans ferry and head up to lake macquarie for lunch ( probably at pelican like the last cruise, there are take aways near by but there are bbqs available and i will probably try bring one as well ) . After lunch cruise on up along the pacific highway and into mereweather and follow the coast around into newcastle.

Please , everyone is welcome to come but would be good if you have a mitsubishi to travel in, if not come anyway so everone can get to meet each other .

Also if you have a UHF cb bring it and try and arrive at thornliegh with a full tank ( you'll need it i think ) so we can get straight into the cruise without stopping.

If I have left anything out let me know.
