Hi Guys,

would anyone in Perth be interested in a Perth meet & mini cruise? i say this coz i would like to try get as many people to come as possible. I was thinking making a meeting point for people who would like to go on a bit of a drive maybe through kings park and then have a cordia meet at a beach or something where we can all chat and check out each others cars, maybe a BBQ lunch or something? id just like to meet a few more cordia owners and also to have a look at their cars and chat. Would anyone be in on this?

i was thinking bit later on in the year when theres not so much rain but just like to get ppls comments firstly

i was thinking round sept?? but it would depend on ppls schedules i want to get as many ppl in as possible so maybe do a poll for which months suits people best and majority wins or something?? i just dont want it to be raining so we can all get to know each other and each others cars without being unconfortable & cold!!! im open for suggestions so if anyone wants to suggest something - go for it!

Well even if we do it in the near future say late July early august we can still do it but just meet up say in an undercover car park some where and take off from there. Love the sound of my exhaust in them car parks would be good to have five or six at once though lol. I have found cordia owners becoming extinct through Perth though with Punk Rock going down and Birdy not having one either. There arent too many of us that own cordias and use this site even just to see another GSR up close would keep me happy. No offence Eddie. Waana see one like mine with the spoiler and full kit. lol

Its all good brother how do you feel after driving one instead of having to wish to be able to drive one. Feel lucky only my good mate Westy, my mrs, my bro (who will never drive it again) and you have driven that car lol.

Your the computer guy what did that mean?

well, mine is the import model (hence the 4g62 non-turbo), so u still get all the revving of the g62, jus no power. This G62 has more compression than the turbo G62.

Im saving up 2 get a good GSR when I see one like, hence the 'naturally aspirating for a turbo' on my signature.

until then I got my GSL. She is in great condition.

if its in great nick then thats fantastic coz the problem is finding one that isnt falling apart!

i have the 2lt G63 SOHC jap import motor in mine
i also have a standard G62 1.8lt motor (cylinder head went in today for reco - YAY)
and i have also had 2 x 1.6lt G32B (again Jap imports) and have wrecked one and still have the other, which is being modified into a lil drag car

Thats my j-spec

If you look at the rear licence plate holder - if it has that 'grey plastic shit' around the licence plate, u have a J-Spec

Image
This is Nizzy's GSR

If ure licence looks like that, u have a a-spec![/list]
