Hey Guys,

Yerp Team 4G in conjunction with Diamond Evolution are having a drag day. This is an open Heathcote weekend meaning that there will be other cars there not just mitsubishi's.

Regarding racing you will need:

- Overflow bottle
- No leaks
- Helmet
- Long sleeve shirt
- Pants
- License (i think you can race on your L's)

Its $40.. should be a good day!

Hope to see you all there.

Jon

Ey Jon, wtf is Team 4G, I've never heard of them in my 3 years of being a Mitsu owner.

so is that why your car was blowing smoke on the cruise? or did this happen recently?

Team 4G is a newly created club that i created. Its to cater for the mitsubishi owners or owners of 4Gxx engines that want to be part of a forums where there are no shit kickers and alot of knowledge.

Team 4G is an invite only club. Team 4G will boast some of the fastest street/drag 4GXX cars in australia. Also Team 4G will boast various mechanics to give properly informative answers on how to do etc.. instead of n00bs telling people this is how you get into the 12s.. but i havent done it before stylez..

Anyway in other words its a more 'serious' club hence why its invite only.

Anyone interested in joining let me know.

Tim: I think all the black smoke on the cruise was because of my car not being tuned properly rather than a dead turbo. I killed the turbo on easter sunday, havent had a car since then.

I wont be able to make it to this. Damn that slow turbo! come quicker!

I'm really pissed, I was so looking forward to this.

i was in the 200..
first time racing a rwd car..
not easy i tell ya!!

i feel for your fwd owners also!!!

im so conditioned to rev / dump lauches (vr4)
there's so much more work involved...

i was invited to as some people say.. a real car.. haha

anyway.. pink s14 did okay.. 105mph and 14.1 1/4 mile..
wanted a 13 sec pass so bad.. oh well. it was a good experience..

funny thing is in my vr4 i ran 13.4 @ 101mph.. the s14 got a better mph but slower time.. damn wheel spin

my mates SSS pulsar died on the first take off.. broken gear box / mount.. but i guess 200kw at the front wheels was the blame.. poor guy..

was it your cordia SIVART??
i was gonna say hi but u seemed a little busy playing with your engine..

stock 1.8 with TC06 but it was only boosting to 9psi when it should have been hitting 15psi, and I broke a rear engine mount to

if it was a bit colder you would have hit the 13s.

and I saw that sss looked mint its a shame about the box.

I think 4wd is the way to go when you want to drag but no ones buying my lancer so I cant get a evo yet . but Fwd and Rwd are more fun to handle
