I havnt rang anyone to find out how much it will be to get it done properly but I will try and c how i go getting it out and doing it my self. It relly depends if I can get into the driveway. This morning when I went to work, there was 1 commodore, 1 falcon, 1 rx-7, 1 triumph, 1 vw, 2 jeeps, 1 jag and 1 rolls.

Guys don't mean to be a spoil sport but you guys picked the worst weekend for a cruise, ie Queens birthday (DOUBLE DEMERITS). Before you all tell me off, who of you are not going to be tempted to bury the bluny on the freeway for a "friendly" drag?

I spoke to the newcastle and lake macquarie highway patrols today (and officially notified them) about the cruise, they are cool with our plans so I don't expect problems. I brought up the double demerit issue and I'm told to expect no interference from either highway patrol unit.

I was worried about it too (almost pulled out)... but I think we'll be fine. Just gotta make sure we're sensible and we won't have a worry.

There'll be a LOT of angry boys and girls if someone does fudge it up for us, I wouldn't want to be that person LOL

Hi Guys

Regarding double points business who is stupid enough to give it a full boot anyway a little one is good enough but up to the speed limit . Everyone must not forget that Astaroth has notified the local Police and if any SHIT happens  Asta will cop it and he will distribute and not only no more cruises anywhere near Newcastle +fines defects :x :x :x :x

So everyone GET ALL YOUR FRUSTRATIONS OUT BEFORE THE CRUISE and all of us will attend and leave NewCastle with a very cheap weekend and good memories as well .

Jone

P.S Are we all washing and polishing before the cruise :?: :?: :?:

THREE DAYS TO GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

:D:D:D:D

I'm fitting the new brakes today, so hopefully should have sexeh new shiny 4-wheel discs for y'all to gawk at lol. I'll be doing as thorough a detail as I can on saturday so she should be noice and shiny :D

Aaaand, can I get a roll call of the newcastle people who are coming? I need a few newcastle guys to know the route so that if we get split into groups or whatever...

EDIT: http://home.iprimus.com.au/danielpower/directions.zip - MS Word DOC with directions and little maps and shit. The ONLY thing I'm worried about on this cruise is that people are going to get lost lol. Newie people - have a look at this, it's a simple enough route so you should be able to just memorise it. Sydney guys, might be worth printing this out and bringing it with you.

Astaroth.

and we have a problem O_O

My left rear wheel bearing has been playing up for a while and I planned on fitting new wheel bearings with the magna rears tomorrow (didn't get to it yesty). 50k's from work and I hear 'clunk..... clunk..... clunk.....' around right hand turns.... the rear end feels loose.... :? turn the hazards on and pull to the left lane, drop to 60 and think 'ahhh i can limp home.' 2k's later 'clunk.....clunk......clunk......... BANG.' The car is swerving like a bitch so I pull over and swear my fudging hole out.

$140 and half hour in a tow truck later I'm home. God dammit :/

I am fixing the wheel bearing tomorrow but I may not be able to afford to bring my car. I will be there but I may well be in someone else's car.

Let ya's know how I go tomorrow..... :P

Astaroth.
