Hey guys got PM'ed and informed about this cruise by a couple of people on this forum. Hope you guys are all good and your cordias are as hassle free as possible.

Basically update on my maroon car its run out of rego and basically just sitting in the garage doing nothing. Have no need to cruise lately got my company car.

My brothers car also needs just a couple of minor leaks fixed and it should be ready for the cruise. So i'll probably just chuck on my rims on his car and go for a cruise I actually miss the old school times of cruising with other cordias havent taken any of the cordias out since January I think.

In regards to P6 its not too bad, I don' think we'll be attending with 300+ cars so the only hassles you will have is probably from park rangers seeing if youve paid for your parking ticket however if they see any smoke or hoony behaviour they have no tolerence in calling down Homebush HWP and trust me you don't want that happening especially when their pissed. Having said that iv'e been in my mates cars on massive crusies with like 200+ cars and police are normally there just to supervise things.

My recommendation meet up at the maccas around the corner newy you know where it is, if not anywhere on that street Homebush Bay and the surrounds are an excellent backdrop for a photoshoot, fountains the stadium etc.

Sorry about the long post just havent posted in a while.
But yeah if my brothers cars running I should be in. :D

If I can't make it i'll send newy some money... some of the guys know my policy for bringing their cordias out so i'll send newy some money to buy you guys some coffee or something :)

When the organiser makes the final decision, write here the exact details of the cruise completly. where, when, time, location. Just so i and everyone else can see the completed plan.

sorry guys, i've been in the middle of moving. due to elections the cruise is now going to be held on SUNDAY 2ND DECEMBER 2007.

LOCATION: Penrith krispy kremes ( Mulgoa rd. in front of panthers league club)

TIME: 10.00

DATE: As above, SUNDAY 2ND DECEMBER 2007

DESTINATION:

Seeming most people are not willing to go north the destination will be HOMBUSH P6 CARPARK. (we have meet up at this carpark a few times and have never had problems with cops). from there off in our on directions..

go to http://www.wheris.com for travel descriptins

Travel 44.75 km, Est. Time 33 mins if we go down WESTERN MWY. i'm pretty sure it doesn't have a toll. can anyone verify that??

It would be best to get off the m4 freeway next to parramatta road, and head towards p6 along parramatta road.

If you dont mind me saying, wouldnt it be best if we stop over at a park or food court or something, because im not sure what we will get from meeting in one carpark and stopping at another.

Lets go to eastern creek karts or featherdale wildlife park near blacktown or georges river near liverpool. Prices shouldn't be expensive.

Anyways.... Wildlife Park WTF!?!?! ahahahhaha

I reckon people should give more input as to the final destination. Not too keen on carpark hopping especially on a rare as fcuk event like this. Sorry Newy 8)

My input:

Make a poll with different destinations. Let the people decide.

description:
- right beside hawksbury river
- go karting if people wanted to do that..
- grassed area, hence it's a park
- good stretch of road between penrith and windsor
- i think there is a small fee to enter the park but.. (i will find out)

You guys and girls should think about heading north to wisemans ferry.

According to whereis its only 51km or 43minutes from thornleigh. Theres geat twists down through galston and then 90 speed limit most the way if i remember right. Theres a good pub there for lunch and a big park area to pull up and check out each others car down by the river.

From then you can either head back the way we came or cross the car ferry and head further north and come out at the f3 freeway near Somersby. Then make yor way home.

Its a good run, no stop start traffic and a nice drive.
Anyone else who has done the drive would agree i think.
Something to think about at least

Brad :)

That sounds like a mad plan. It would work good for the people comming from the north and south, i have been down that road many times befor its a nice drive. Wisemans ferry has lots of nice food and pubs.
Sounds like a goer for me :D :D :D
P.S there is also a lot of nice places to take photos of the cars.
