you sound like a little boy now :P
now son, plumb back bovs dont make much discernable sound as the wind doesn't get whooshed around the engine bay :)

I like the throaty chuff of a plumb back/pod filter setup. it is quite a unique sound if you've heard it.

When I had my Cordia, my hose clamps used to bust whenever I didn't have a BOV installed. 19 pounds of boost and small cooler pipes didn't help.

Personally, I would have preferred not to have one. Flutter does it for me anyday.

My cooler hoses blew of just as easily with or without a bov. The pressure spike is no different either way, so it's not surprising really.

I've never had an intercooler hose blow off...? Maybe because all my "hoses" are made from metal and only the joiners are rubber, lol
