yep

I get hung over something special. I'll spend the next two days after a big night feeling like throwing up.

No i never really get hung over, I just feel slightly unco

the key is to drink shitloads of water before you goto bed, and have a bottle of it near your bed or somthing.
but if i dont have any water at all, I feel fairly crap the next day

i dont get hungover at all.

the only time i have felt like shit was the night when i skulled 3/4 of a bottle of jack straight (700ml bottle). the next day i was taken to hospital coughing up blood and the doctors told me the reason i felt like crap and was coughing up blood was due to the fact that i had burnt the lining of my stomach off. they then told me that i wouldnt be able to drink of about the next 2 months while my body recoved and healed its self.

Other then that noty one hang over

im hungover now... awwww

if i drink my home brew exclusively, im sweet, doesn't matter how pissed i get im good to go in the morning.

When i start off the night with beer, move on to whisky, then some red wine, then some bitch fizz for the heck of it, then cock-sucking cowboys. I'm G - O - N - E in the morning.

hahha thats nice reciepe. I very rarely get hungover personally. If i drink beer, and only beer all night, then when i wake up the next day my mouth is so dry my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth haha!
If im drinking with some mates it'll be a few quite beers, then the idea comes up to go get some scotch, then after that you suddenly think cocksucking cowboys are the best tasting drink ever, and end up downing a 4 pack in 15minutes... and thats the end of me, i make a complete ass of myself.

Voted not at all.

A few months ago I started doing the water thing mentioned above and I haven't had a hangover since, the most I'll get is a feeling of not quite being all there the next morning for an hour or two.

I've sure had my fair share of nasty ones before that though, including a particulary cruel 2 day affair which left me unable to drink for over 2 months, it sure was a good night though.

Yeah, I don't usually get a hangover, just make sure to drink water before you go to bed....

Sometimes I get badly hungover though, but usually not...

Yes, yes I do. Water before you go to bed certainly helps, but never gets rid of it completely. Most of them are gone by lunchtime tho, and I think I'm learning to function better through them.

Berocca before i start drinking ... Berocca when i get home before i go to bed .... and if that isnt working by morning .... a Berocca when i wake up!!

Basically alcohol steals the water from your system and hence it dehydrates you and makes you feel like you have been hit by a bus .... or at least a cordia!! This is why the water skulling before bed method works well ... if you can keep it down.

The other thing alcohol does is retards your system from the Vitamin B group .... which is exactly where Berocca comes in ..... it is a suppliment for all the B group!! w0ot!!

So make up a Berocca in a pint of water and skull it down before you start drinking ... and then the same before bed and i can ALMOST gaurantee that you will wake up OK.

I just have 2 glasses of water and a couple of panadol before bed and Im right as rain in the morning.
Alcohol is a drying agent so drink water.
