so...i have been drooling over this all week: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... 0358082380

and i would love to get this and finish it off.. but cant justify it atm.. so i have devised a plan for the next 2-3 years.. it involves

getting something like this: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... 0334197712
that is similar but alot more modern than a cordia and doing something similar but with a evo 4-9 engine/driveline...

i realise its going to mean _major_ mods to the car... but do you think its possible..

lol... i would love to... there would be a line up of people to kill me though... starting with the mrs then mum... started my own business in the last couple of months and atm outgoings are leaving incomings for dead... gotta get some more turnover happening...

was thinking of a _long_ term project with this... given its a bit more modern and the fact i will make it sleeperish it wont be a cop magnet like cordias can be

JiMi the mirage option has been done and car is in melb. There is an engineered yellow wide body AWD Mirage with evo 7 motor/driveline with a built 2.4 block.
I used to see it in Richmond but haven't seen it for a while. It was on the front cover of SPEED magazine (no longer running) a few yrs ago.

so yes it would be good to do it, do it before Travis (SIVART) does it lol..

awd cordia would be a good project. probably change the driveline to suit the additional power though. shouldnt be too hard to knock something up.
