I know alot of people have problems getting the wolf3d v3 software to function on a xp and 2000 nt kernal. so this fix works a treat!

-------------------------
Wolf version 3.0 software compatibility with windows 2000 and XP

1) create a folder and place wolf software (wmc.exe) in folder

2) extract porttalk.rar in the same folder

3) right click on wmc.exe and select properties

4) click on the "compatibility" tab of the properties window

5) select "windows 95" for compatibility

6) right click on an empty space on the desktop and choose "new" than "shortcut"

7) browse for allowio.exe

8) name the shortcut

9) once the shortcut is created on your desktop, right click on the shortcut and choose "properties"

10) in the "target box" append the line "wmc.exe /a" to existing information in the box.
ie: target box contained "D:\wolf\Allowio.exe" change to "D:\wolf\Allowio.exe wmc.exe /a"

11) Click OK

Voila... you should be able to read and write your memory carts in xp and 2000...

PS: Astaroth, isit possible for me to post all the wolf3d verstion programs and freeware programs that also data log for the wolf ems systems?
