I use wiseco, others are ROSS or JE, your choice. |

the most boost Ive ever run on a stock VR4 bottom end was 32.5psi on a 20G |

it was pretty quick , but with no issues , but I had the set-up to back it up also , I was usually running 25psi anyways |

Very common, usually pre-ignition along with age is the culprit. I have used Wiseco (.020" over) and Manley rods If you are interested. |
