i just bought my gsr cordia good deal too its straight as no rust good white paint 2'12 inch exhaust and the head has had work too BUT it nees a bottom end rebuild ( i got the car for $250 off a mate ) and i have a budget of 2000- 2500 so i was just wondering if i should get the bottom end done or go for a whole new motor like a dash or somethin

If you can afford it, I would do the VR4 conversion. It will cost you more than $2,500, but it will be worth it in the end.

Yeah vr4's are great...mind you can we please not bag the 4g62 jigger too hard (eh ox!gen...:P)...so of us still have faith in the old gurl......lets face it, it's what got us inspired in the first place i asume..

true about those 110kw luring me in in the first place, but it was the 62 that made me sell my first cordia and go VR4, the cars was great, but for that horrid motor! I did drive a rebuilt one with a supra cooler and 15psi that flew, It was the first cordia I ever rode in, that's really what got me hooked. After having 63 power i'll never go back.
