could someone point me in the right direction 4 some reason my cordia is emptying all its oil out the rocker breather one small drive around the block on full boost and it fills a 600ml coke bottle its fine driving normally balance shaft are out so it has hi oil presure thanks

Sounds like your oil pump is is making 720psi of oil pressure, which explains the oil filling the coke bottle. Just be carefull that the oil filter doesnt blow off and the oil squirters in the block dont fall off.

Give it a compression test, do it dry and then wet (with some oil down the spark plug hole)

If this comes out OK, check for a "stuck" oil pump relief valve.

done one today she fudged 105 105 105 50 so looks like im in 4 a rebuild :oops:
the block is stamped g63b is that a 4g63 2 litre bottom end or is it a 1.8 4g62 stamped g63b

720psi is pretty good. I'm looking at hitting the 800 mark sometime soon. I think it will be beneficial for getting adequate oil to the turbo. I'm a bit worried now too about the oil squirters. Will the blu-tak i secured them with handle 800psi you think? I don't want the bastards just "falling off" all the time. There must be a better way to attach them to the block.
