Hi guys,

I've just changed over motors in my Ab cordia and I'm having trouble with it starting.

I've checked the vacuum lines and they are all fine.
I'm thinking that it might be a fuel issue as it will start and die after about 2 seconds unless you pump the throttle, it will keep running.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Ps. It's a stock 4G62T motor, no inter cooler or mods at all.

Cheers
Chris

Chris,
Is this starting from cold?

Check the ISC extends when the key is turned..........if not the coolant sensor is playing up maybe flooding the engine.

Haha just moved the compressor housing on the turbo and it came good haha. Coz I heard the motor sucking air and found it coming from there XD

How did you move the compressor housing?.......it has a locating dowel ensuring correct position......or do you mean the crossover pipe?

Anyway, nice to hear it's running. :)
