I'm looking at replacing the lowered rear springs which I bought used when I first put the Cordia on the road in return for some stiffer rate springs as these are just too bouncy for my liking.

No idea on their brand, they are paired with some new Monroe shocks.

My question is, does anyone have any brand recommendations for some stiffer springs ?

Also what are peoples thoughts on Monroe/KYB shocks ?

Cheers.

I recently just put some new KYB oil shocks on the back of mine...got them pretty cheap. I was a bit worried about them considering they weren't gas but i'm finding they have stiffened up the back a bit and they feel like they are working really well. Gone around some corners pretty hard and the rear feels very stable. Better than the monroe gas shocks i replaced them with...but they were a bit shot anyway.

I've still got monroe gas struts up front and my car has king springs all round. Pretty happy with how it handles at the moment. Will be looking to find some KYB oil struts soon so i can see the difference between gas and oil.

What colour are the springs you want to replace? If they're yellow chances are they're king springs. If they are red most likely from peddars. I've used both and would recommend the king springs anyday.
