Hi Guys,

I'm planning on doing a complete engine re-build on a 4G62 turbo motor and just wondering what the Torque spec's for head bolts, crankshaft etc. etc are.
(Plus if anyone know's where to pick up some good internals at a fair price, that would help too!)

So any and all info would be greatly appreciated, plus it could be helpful to anyone esle wanting to re-build a G62T.

Thanks in advance for any and all help.
Chris

try and grab your self a workshop manual from haynes it has every thing you need to know in it, fairly easy to read.

Im sure someone will have one on hand for the specs, but the manual is good also for some procedures.

I have brand new set of pistons for the 4g62T. They are 0.50 oversize, non-forged. Let me know if your interested, they'll be cheap.
