ok im in trouble as i have dug further i found more shit fudged i have the ltx8 runnin a mpi manifold its running a standard distributor there are 3 wires one goes to the negative on the coil one goes to a random white wire in the main loom and the other seems to be an earth where the hell do these wires go it looks like the plug that went to the microtech has been smashed to bits so im at a loss ohh the other thing is do i still need the e101 and the boost sensor it seems the e101 plug has been cut out of the loom some one please help me other wise its never gonna see the road again :x

Pics would help..........is the car actually running?.........sounds to me that you need to wire the E101 back in, if there is a wire leading to the negative side of the coil........this maybe the ECU fuel only mode........not sure, you need to add more detail.

i don't no what to say but the e101 wiring is cut off flush with the loom there is one wire that sticks out of there with a spade on it the car used to run how i dont no seeing as its the stock dizzy and no e101 i did find a wiring diagram that said you have to wire the e101 in ur self rah is there any one in canberra that knows any thing about these microtechs

here is the fuel only setup.
yes you need the e101 hooked up or the bosch igniter, knock sensor doesn't need to be
connected.
if your wiring is cut off it will need to be rewired
the link for the way i connected my wolf ecu is in your earlier post, it should be basically the
same

microtech only needs coil pulse and water temp and manifold pressure/vacum to work in a basic setup

so im guessing they have just used a bosch igniter can i just get one and where can i get one and wat do i ask for lol
