I have a 84 cordia i got a starion 4g63 single cam with a multipoint manifold and microtech ltx 8 and im putting it into my cordia can i run the standered 4g62 single point injection fuel pump

on my multi p setup the std cordia pump worked fine
but i suppose it would depend on how much hp you chasing
i had 180hp atw

Any idea what power i would be looking at its a 2L bottom end rb25 turbo 3 inch exhaust bigger injectors there blue dont no what thet are there just bigger its got h beam rods and the pistons arnt cast i can tell that much im running a front mount its only little plus the mods listed above

Your injectors sound like VR4.........if you can keep your air/fuel ratio constant under boost you will either:

Eventually run lean.......(max injector duty cycle)

or the pump won't deliver enough fuel.......(high duty cycle, not max but fuel ratio turns lean)

Best bet would be to do your mods and shove on a dyno and work out your fuel requirements from there.

I think im gonna just gonna use the original pump as a scavenge pump to a surge tank then run a bosch 044 to the engine or a vl turbo pump what ever i can get cheapest

That's what I have done..........the VL pump I have works well.........you might also want to put in an adjustable fuel pressure regulator just in case.
