go the standard rear garnish, i'll buy the import one of ya! lol.. looking good on the progress though bitz, shame about you having to repaint the whole car. are you planning on doing a closed door shed job on this? i guess with 6 coats of clear you'll get away with cutting out the shit lol

post up some pictures as you go along!

cheers

Rear quarters, turret and rear panel painted yesterday, but due to the colder weather I have some ghosting issues with the colour...........thank god I didn't apply clearcoat.

Have finished attaching the import rear garnish.............just need to cover the holes at the top and paint......wiring was a pain but both lights are now working well.......not to mention filling some of the factory holes to stop water getting in.........here's how it's looking.

My next question:

Satin black or gloss black, or the pearl black same as the bumpers?

Nice work. I say, pearl black to match the bumper.

Night shades to match the tail lights IMO and the number plate up towards the top to finish it off.

Looking awesome mate, keep it up!

4 litres of colour is $250.............once thinned out you get approximatley 12 litres, a 1 litre pot is enough to do half the car............so........16 coats is around about 26 litres of paint!
