Hi,

Yes, another Cordia problem:

I have a leaking fuel injector. I have bought two sets of o-rings and both sizes leak! The ones I have fitted now don't leak a drop until after about ten minutes, and then one leaks a fair bit.

Are there any good sealants I could put on the o-rings? Does anyone know of any seals that WORK?

Alex

Heres wat I did.

I took them down to the local dyno shop and got them to clean them and fit new O-rings...
Then I put em back in..

ALL SWEET!

G'day noony,

Well I have three sets of o-rings, fat ones, thin ones, short ones .... well not really. But I fitted a Mitsi ring from my other throttle body and now they don't seem to leak at all before or after driving. All I can surmise from this is that you must fit Mitsubishi rings! Because the fatter ones I tried to fix did not seal, even though I had to yank hard to pull the injector out of the fuel rail!
