Can someone tell me if there is the possibility to modify an original camshaft of a 4G32 1.6L engine from a GSL Cordia???

I will like to have the information about some mods to get the camshaft work and perform better. If I will have to use stiffer valve springs or something like that, someone told me about double valve springs??? How do you do this???
