install a fuel cut defender will fix the hesitation problem!
is possible but have more important things to do atm.
soon i'll be doing a video on how to install fuel cut defender hopefully with your help .

just got my front shocks done next will be back shocks + brakes.
is amazing how car feels after new shocks installed .
i also have rear bearings to do so going to be busy Saturday.
my biggest problem was leaking injectors very dangerous as well
the fumes of the petrol coming inside car ,that's fixed now but the throttle is worn
out the butterfly shaft as also TPS shaft is bad .
it happens occasionally, im stopped at the lights soon lights turns green i touch accelerator to
go and nothing happens for a second i take foot off and stalls only happens once or twice
mind you i have a bit of drive takes me 1hour to work.
so i wouldn't wont anyone running up the back of me if you known what i mean.

the best way to explain how car runs with both green injectors!
cause i drove the car with spark plug lead off is exactly the same felling taking off.
after 2k rpm goes like a rocket.
so if you want to experience it pull lead off.

In all my years of owning a cordia I have NEVER heard of a worn butterfly shaft, only badly leaking throttle bodies.

Did you replace the "lemon" seal between the 2 halves of the throttle body?

This will cause problems as fuel can leak out, if this happens air can leak in, which can also cause hesitation problems.

the gasket i replaced was this one.
never touched the bottom side of butterfly area

i known about this one just never thought would make difference.
fuel only leaked from injectors no where else

i wish i could show you .
when i turn the shaft by hand with engine off is like stuck some times.
where accelerator cable is if that makes sence.
if i do it to the AC spare one it does not get stuck

That sounds like a throttle cable to me.

Ok cool, the spring on the AB body looks unwound, the throttle will jam as no ISC is in place, remove the throttle bolt and rewind the throttle spring until it looks even without binding.

update:

the car has gone worse.
this morning i got car running while i get ready for work pretty much what i do every day.
let it warm up for around 5 min.

ok got in car put in gear touch accelerator and engine just stalls.
start it up and idles good so put in gear drove 10 meters and just stalls.
start it up managed to reverse car back to my garage
lucky i was home.
got my wife car to go to work, shes not happy cause she now has to catch bus LOL.

so at work i made a list of things to check .
soon as i got home had a look at everything i put on list
1-fuel pressure and fuel pump
is good
2-timing
is good
3-TPS
was on .70v should be on .48v
with isc plug off and cable off
adjusted TPS .48v put everything back
started car soon as i touch accelerator dies .
was starting to drive me mad.

i read what you said butterfly is not the problem .
i believe you.
it made me more determined to find the problem.
so removed injectors put my other injectors in started car.
now car runs great .
all this cause of faulty injectors.
so looks like i'll be doing my fuel cut defender and installing green injectors
this weekend

I don't think the problem is the injectors, the cordia TPS can be a real pain to set correctly, if incorrectly adjusted the engine will idle at 200 rpm or just stall.

This mainly due to the position of the ISC when adjusted, like I said before, don't worry about the text book adjust the way I told you..........no more stalling.

The green injectors should be fine once you have set the TPS properly, should have no error code.

Hey Fernando, sorry to hear the spark plug wires fell off your rotor cap. I never had that problem. How old is your rotor cap? Getting a new one might be the go if you want to use those wires.

Have you ever changed the butterfly valve seals on the throttle body? They are hiding behind the TPS and throttle spring. Could be you have a slight leak there.

Did you try both green injectors with the lead wires i gave you?

the end plugs are bit loose and the rubber should be soft need to dip plugs in thinners
to soften, i do have 2 rotor caps both do same thing.

update:
decided to remove old AB throttle body from manifold replace it with AC.
found damaged TPS lucky i have a spare.
also who ever worked on my throttle body bodged up bottom gasket was full
silicon rubber gasket .
i never removed throttle from manifold ever, this is my 1st time .
made my own gasket from .70mm paper gasket.
cleaned out AC throttle body looks brand new. :D

Good thing you have spares, would be lost without them, most guys use RTV on the throttle body gasket, BAD idea as it blocks the vacuum ports off to the MAP and other sensors.................then they wonder why the car won't run!
