Just thought I would share with you 2 days of my holidays.

My wife's car was defected for having "unclear" headlights, yes they were bad and you couldn't really see at night.

So into action I go..........the drivers side headlight was rubbed back (and a fatal mistake was made) I sprayed the headlight with clearcoat only to find it reacted with the plastic and went milky!!!!!!!

So much for that idea..............had to rub it all off and start again!!!!

This time, rubbed both down to a smooth constancy, buffed and added rain X sealant, let's see how long it lasts..........2 days of my holidays I won't get back, as I need to make a boot floor for Bitza............bloody headlights!!!!

Quick pic of the finished light, yes the drivers side looks the same.

Looks good but you will have to keep after them now. I did my Montero's lenses and they went back to that hazy look within a year.

if you have headlight covers on , or a clear plastic wrap vinyl it wont go bad

Just wish they were glass, much easier to look after.

I know , but I think it help with the safety if you run someone over
