ive gotta 1983 mitsi cordia with a 4g32 carby motor, 4spd "powershift" and was wondering if it were possible to swap the 4spd for a 5spd and if possible what gearbox? also i want to possibly upgrade to either a 4g61, 62 or 63 but was wondering which would be the easiest to put in.

If you are going normally aspirated (non turbo) I would go the 62 with the GSR 5 speed box.

Just means that you will need the harness, relay and the speedo (for overdrive) to suit.

There is no "direct" 5 speed to fit a cordia unless you use a KM206 or KM210....which requires modification of the drivers side chassis rail.......all boxes are 4 speed with an electronic over drive.
