Needed my radiator fixed recently due to it leaking from the bottom tank. Turned out it needed a new one.

Natrad sell top and bottom tanks separately but they are now a clearance item which means they no longer make them.

Just thought i'd share this as it's next to impossible to find a new radiator for the cordia. I know it's not the end of the world as a good radiator place can make them custom and you can go aluminium, but still it's interesting how it's getting harder and harder to find certain parts these days.

I recently had this issue as my old one popped. There is a part number for a cordia radiator in all parts catalog (least i think it was them). However its the wrong size! The OEM no longer makes them. I had to get a TP magna one in (around $220), and get 25mm or so cut out of the core so it would fit in a cordia ($90 at local radiatior shop).

Yeah i've seen that. Price seems pretty good. Handy if your in SA.

I paid $44 for the bottom tank. All up the whole thing cost me $176, the whole thing cleaned up and re-soldered. The bottom tank was blank so he had to tap for drain plug and thermo switch sensor. Radiator is like brand new at the moment.

I was charged $132 just to take it apart and clean the whole thing out. I asked him about a re-core and he told me 'bout a couple a hundred'. So my guess would be between $200-250. All depends on who you take it to though.
