I've seen this before .............it's an RC hatchback with imported bonnet and kit (off the 2 door)...........if the engine is cordia someone has spent some money as custom driveshafts are required.

RC is the model.............the kit is the same for the 2 door.....floor pan length didn't change....I have seen it around SA......mainly down south.

Got any pics of the engine?

It mostly common for guys to build a colt with a cordia/VR4 engine........but to find an original 2 door GSR is rare.

the turbo to throttle body seems sooo restrictive what do you guyes do about that? simple as replacing/making it with a aftermarket item?

The AB is the better engine...........give the engine a compression check.....cylinders should come in at appox 120 - 130 psi........if the engine has been rebuilt check for blown head gasket (mainly between 2&3)...........does the engine blow smoke?

You can use the sonata inlet manifold for MPI........but that's outdated, No such deal.........replace the engine with a VR4. :D

With a healthy cordia engine that car should be a weapon...........can't see why it has low end power problems if it was a straight swap. 110KW is more than enough for a colt!

OK..........just realised what's going on...........where is the airflow meter?

Without this will cause poor performance until the turbo comes on boost.............very rich mixture or does the car run an aftermarket ECU?

Should go hard with an intercooler, 15psi and a tune.
