Your car: FRONTN
yeah fix the bugs on your cordia before you buy rims.
AFAIK 18s should be okay as long as you don't go too fat in rims/tyres.

i think 20 years old cars doesn't matter what brand of car will allways give you hassles.
specialy when you want to mod the car but every part is cheap to buy you'll spend hundreds.
if you buy 5 years old car less hassles but when something goes wrong you'll be spending thousands so the Q: is how much can you afford ?
cordias are reliable when stock and for a 20 years old car they still look good for their age.
hope this helps!
