Depends on what you want to do..........bigger turbo, more air, more fuel, more power, more torque...........equals better clutch.

I ran a standard mitsi clutch on my old "nuts" 62............never had a problem with slippage, just torque steer!

dont think im going to go too nutts with it just want to make it look and feel good to drive atm.. might call adelaide clutch or what ever at wingfield tomorow and get a quote from them..

took sum of the plastics out the boot and gave them a scrub with that soapy steel wool coz they had over spray on them and they came up pretty good still think i might give them a spray to make them look fresh tho but that stuff works good :)

i fitted the airbox and leads and needed to use the car this week and all was fine till today i was driving home and the car started shiting its self every time it was about to come on boost.. its kinda like boost cut but at 1 psi.. any idears people as i need to use it but im ready to burn it too..

Did you replace the Airflow meter as well?

Was it an AB one with the 2 bypass holes........not an AC with the one?

hey Andrew its a AB one and it was working fine for 2 days but today its just started to doo it.. im thinking it might be tps related as its the only dodgy thing left to change.. but my new tps needs to be wired up and i cant match all the wires.. seems sum are missing..???

after looking over everything i thort i would check the new leads and it seems they wernt conecting with the plugs 100% i havnt tested it yett but thinking when under load it might have been causing sum kind of problem.. will see how it goes after lunch :)

Disconnect the AFM and take it for a drive...........if the car runs normal the AFM is stuffed.

just tryed that and it seems worse... idle drops when you unplug the AFM and goes a bit ruff..

you can get the car to move but it has no power at all and just dies when you give it throttle... but it seems to run fine on idel and when revving just cant handle any load..

changed the tps and it runs now... but still no power to the isc and the mixture screw makes no diffrence at all..

Hard to answer, but here goes.

My first Cordia had an exhaust, front mount, cut yellow wire and tc05 @ 15psi, it went well. 1st to 3rd was great but 4th and up died in the ass. I never had it dyno'd but was a great first car that put a smile on my face.

Since you referenced 130kw to the stock 110kw I will assume you are talking power @ the fly. If so, a relatively stock setup (exhaust + a few Psi) will achieve that. You are well beyond this point.

130 @ the wheels is more the figure you should be aiming for. You have a decent turbo (looks like a Td05 14b), cam regrind and 3" exhaust so you are well on your way. I suggest (at minimum) adding an intercooler to the setup also, as it is not safe to increase boost above 10 or so psi without it. With a small turbo the engine will hugely rely on boost to make the power, a front mount is all win at this point. When your done, put her on a dyno, check afr's to determine whether or not you will need an ecu to correct them.

Please take Andrews advice and water cool your turbo. The core is not designed to run oil only and therefore will not contain the volume of flow required to keep it from overheating.
