That rust spot you just fixed on the original AC is exactly where i have one, i have a few little bubbles under the petrol tank opening and the opposite side on the wheel arch. Wish you were in sydney for a good paying side job, haha.

I have followed bitza for a long time even owned the mag you had it in, im spewing cause i threw a lot of old mags i had about 6 months ago figuring i wouldnt buy another cordia but cant keep away from them and got one, i had every mag that a cordia was in back in the good old 90's. Bit off topic but even remembered back in the day the stock cordia that had the scoop too with the B45's on it. Cant wait to put my original scoop on mine from my donor car that was written-off from a truckie on his mobile...

The rear bumper had a small area where the towbar was rubbing.........so I treated with some P40 grit paper, after spraying some flexi-prime then allowing to dry and adding a small amount of bog this is the outcome:

More flexi-prime added:

With high build and primer added:

Just need to rub back and add a little stone guard then colour.

Bit hot in Adelaide today........clear coated the lower lip and added the lower grille and the spoiler.

Image

Just need to redo the headlight bezels as the paint has bubbled (due to no clear coat) and I cracked them during installation.

F*&king hot day here in Adelaide.......time for some more paint!

Coloured the rear vent sections in order to fit the vents. Need this done so I can concentrate on building the rear interior. Will just pin the vent for final addition of colour.

Vents added but not bolted up:

Still need a replacement for the passenger side.......this one is broken:

Passenger door ready for installation:

Drivers side vent installed and allowed to dry with some urethane holding the corner, time for the interior panels..........I have used AB side trims rather than the AC ones:

Image

I reckon they look alot nicer......colour coated the rear panel in light grey paint with the others recoloured in charcoal, rear seat belts replaced as the others were sun damaged.

Image

Drivers side finished for now........It's too hot here today to do anymore, I look like a prune!
