Yea i only paid $50 NZ for it bugger all, should be a lot of fun when going.

The only plans so far are getting the gearbox repaired and fitting a better turbo and front mount.

I got the car off an old guy that did a lot of panel work on my s14, the gearbox crapped out and he parked it up outside his shop and was getting a lot of no WOF fines, so he just sold it to me cheap as 8)

i cant describe how much of a bargain you got!! and it looks pretty straight.
i wouldnt be worried about the gearbox. id be worried bout the tail shaft and the diff.
in theroy the vr4 engine should go in.....IN THEORY
