Spent the day getting the aircon out, and clean up and painting, made the engine mounts again with softer compound this time, painted all the black parts tomorrow, TJ booster and Cordia rebuilt clutch master to go in, change the fuel filter, and look at the steering because I might go full electric (hyundai or kia ) or electric fluid type ( astra pump )

I hopefully hide the Cooler inside so its not seen too much Im tempted to get this and get it cut down to size, it looks like a direct fit otherwise https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Aluminum-Ra ... %7Ciid%3A1 |

I hope this works, Electric power steering with the manual rack I did alot of research and I orignally was going to use a barina Column, but I think that car is abit light, so I checked out some Kia and Hyundai and found that they want a alot of add ons like ABS sensors etc, and settled on the 08-09 Prius Column as its a easy to wire and fits alot of other applications without too many mods

Nice seeing this one come together. That electric power steering conversion is a good idea, keen to see how that pans out. |

Engine is in, with the TD05 16G really nice sunny day for a change so I spent most of it on the Cordia, rebuilding the radiator, and starting to fit up the cooler piping, also added some evo 6 radiator hoses next Ive got to make up the front pipe and add the hotdog when it arrives, Im also waiting for some 19mm hose in blue to complete all the new hoses

Im missing 02 sensor wiring lol, if anyone has a pic of the o2 sensor wiring colour and location, ( Im sure the AA GSR would have a 02 sensor, Ive added one with the Td05 anyways) also there is a temp sender on the passenger side inlet mani, no plug for that either?? and the condenser was damaged and not connected, what would be the best location for the wire, Ive mounted a new one on the dizzy other hand, made the front pipe, heat shields all done, moved and mounted the airbox, now Im just waiting for some hoses to arrive |
