I think what's bein said is that if it's a 2 door car registered as a 2 seater, it needs to have fixed seats. Dunno if that's true or not though.

yes its is as far as vic roads told me it so you cant put any one in the back so the seat cant recline front wards, even if its registered as a 2 seater the cops can still be c@#ts and get you if you dont have fix seat, but in a four door you cant take out the back seats

Humm...............my car is a 2 door.............and the passenger seat I have removed the mechanism to stop it moving forward automatically to let rear passengers in..............I can't see a problem.

How'd you guys go with stopping rattles and sound deadeneing and stuff?
I've gotten rid of most of the big rattles.... how'd you guys do it???

in my escort it doesnt have any rattles so that made it easy the only real sound deadering i uased was some boitac strips from my work, it did the job

i know this is a very old post however just wondering if any one has ever done a install in the rear quater trim. ??
need to save space and keep it a 5/ 4 seater and would also like a boot so i was thinking may be to hid them in the quater trim

any one got some new ones to add to this list any ways

Replace the rear pockets on the side with some MDF or something, put 6x9's in there.

yeh was thinking of that but i have a set of v12 subs that i have never used, got all the amps and every thing would realy like to get some use out of them. just wanna know if any one has ever tryed placing subs in there and got it to work
